Salans Selects Hubbard One's OneView for Major Intranet Upgrade

LONDON, 29 March, 2012 - Hubbard One, a leading provider of marketing and
business development solutions and a Thomson Reuters business, today announced
that international law firm Salans has selected its OneView Connect solution to
redevelop its firm-wide intranet.
Hubbard One's OneView Connect is a web-based solution that brings together the
content and functionality from multiple web applications and data sources into a
single, integrated framework built exclusively for Microsoft® SharePoint®. It
enables firms to use their information and data more effectively, be more
productive and respond to customer demands in a more timely way.
Salans, a multi-national law firm with 22 offices across 17 countries, aimed to
complement several years of IT refreshment work by replacing its existing
intranet. The firm chose Hubbard One to deliver a new intranet platform which
would improve control over information, work more quickly across multiple
jurisdictions and offices, and produce better quality client outcomes.
The OneView Connect solution gives Salans an integrated approach to managing
their new intranet site. It combines their new best of breed email system and
document management functions, with the firm's existing customer relationship
management (CRM) system, to further enhance the quality of their data.
In addition, OneView Connect enables Salans to integrate a disparate range of
pre-defined sources of news and intelligence, such as their internal marketing
department news and RSS feeds, for use by the company's legal practice groups.
It also combines group calendar information across the business via OneView
Connect's integration with Microsoft Outlook®.
