Eurocastle Announces Annual General Meeting
and
Arrangements for Voting by Euroclear Participants
Guernsey. 30 March 2012 - Eurocastle Investment Limited (Euronext Amsterdam:
ECT) (the "Company") announces that it will hold its Annual General Meeting on
Thursday, 17 May 2012, at the Company's registered office at 2:00 p.m. (3:00
p.m. CET). Notices and proxy statements have been mailed out to all holders on
record as of 26 March 2012.
The Company further announces that it has made arrangements with The Royal Bank
of Scotland N.V. ("RBS") to act as receiving agent for votes from Euroclear
Nederland participants for the forthcoming annual general meeting on 17 May
2012.
