The Board of Directors of Schibsted ASA has approved the annual accounts for
2011. There are no changes in the income statement or equity compared with the
preliminary annual figures disclosed 16 February 2012.
Schibsted ASA's annual report for 2011 is published in Norwegian and English on
the Schibsted Media Group corporate web site www.schibsted.com/annualreport-
2011.
A printed copy will not be distributed by mail to the shareholders, following
the resolution at the General Meeting on 12 May 2010. Shareholders who request a
printed version of the Annual Report and other General Meeting documents may
order this by e-mail or by calling the Schibsted Media Group head office.
