Basware Corporation signed a significant agreement with a large ICT service company

Basware Corporation stock exchange release, March 30, 2012 at 10.30
Basware Corporation will deliver to an ICT service company, Basware Purchase to
Pay (P2P) offering as a Service (SaaS) in Finland. The agreement includes
Basware P2P products and solutions. The value of the deal exceeds approximately
EUR 1.7 million for the next three years.
Basware Purchase to Pay offering includes Basware Automation Services, Basware
Invoice Automation and Basware Procurement solutions. Automation Services
include scan & capture, e-Invoicing, catalog services, purchase message exchange
and activation services. Basware Invoice Automation includes invoice processing,
contract matching and order matching. Basware Procurement includes CLM contract
lifecycle management and purchase management. In addition Basware will deliver
payment, payment document archiving and payment planning solutions.
