Basware signed a partnership agreement with Divest Group Ltd. in Finland
Basware has closed a partnership agreement with Divest Group Ltd. in Finland.
According to the agreement Basware will deliver e-Invoicing services of accounts
receivable and accounts payable, scan & capture services and printing services.
In addition, Basware will deliver Basware Invoice Automation and Payment
solutions as a Service (SaaS). The value of the deal amounts to approximately
EUR 1.3 million for the next 3 years.
Divest Group Ltd. sells services for financial administration, sales and
customer services to its own customers. The services offered are now based also
on Basware's solutions.
"This agreement with Divest Group Ltd. is a proof of the fact that Basware's
solutions suit well different industries and companies. Our recently launched
new Basware Alusta technology provides open, centralized access to all Basware
services via a scalable, secure and open collaborative commerce ecosystem," says

Petri Kortelainen, the Vice President responsible of financial management
outsourcing services in Divest Group Ltd. Finland, believes the cooperation with
Basware will strengthen the competitiveness of Divest Group as a provider of
financial management services. "Cloud services mean easiness and reliability to
customers. Through the Basware cooperation we can now offer the entire financial
management process chain as a reliable SaaS service to our customers, the
accounting firms as well as financial shared service centers", says Petri
