Conclusion of share buyback programme of Pankl Racing Systems AG
Announcement pursuant to§7(4) of the Austrian Disclosure Regulation 2002
The current share buyback programme of Pankl Racing Systems AG was
terminated prematurely on 4 April 2012. In the period between 9 September
2010 and 4 July 2011 Pankl Racing Systems AG repurchased a total of 350,000
of its own shares. As of 4 April 2012, Pankl Racing Systems AG holds
350,000 own shares, representing 10% of the company's share capital.
