See the stock exchange notice from SpareBank 1 SMN of 11 April 2012 regarding
the registration of the capital increase in the Register of Business Enterprises
(Foretaksregisteret) and the issuance of new equity certificates.
The new equity certificates issued under the employee offering will be
registered on a separate ISIN no. NO 001 0635394, and the equity certificates
delivered under this ISIN number will not be listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange
and will not be tradable for a period of one year from the time of registration
of the new equity certificates on the subscribers' VPS accounts. After the
expiry of the lock-up period of one year, the equity certificates issued in the
employee offering will be converted into the bank's ordinary ISIN number, and
the equity certificates will from such time be listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange
and be fully tradable.
