Today, Feintool is announcing the agenda and proposals for the Annual General
Meeting on 8 May 2012. The Board of Directors proposes to shareholders that no
dividend be paid for the abridged financial year from 1 October to 31 December
2011, and the election of Steffen Schroth - former Managing Director and sole
shareholder of the Herzing+Schroth Group, acquired by Feintool on 14 March 2012
- to the Feintool Board of Directors.
