(PresseBox) - Surface treatment is a topic of the Paint Expo as old as the trade itself. For this reason, Venjakob Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG, Rheda Wiedenbrück, always welcomes this opportunity to participate in the Leading Trade Fair for Industrial Coating Technology, and to demonstrate their expertise and excellence in this discipline. The main emphasis this time is on the entry-level model in automatic coating, the VEN SPRAY SMART.
The small but highly effective 'standalone' solution has been designed to meet flexible production requirements and can be used for solvent and water-based paints.
One special technical feature of this type of machine is that it can be equipped with a web belt, including cleaning and paint recovery system, and/or a paper transport belt. The machine is often operated with a paper belt when small quantities have to be painted. Should larger quantities be coated, simply switch to the web belt system with paint recovery. This compact, technologically advanced finishing line is particularly in use to coat different kind of work pieces.

The specialists in contact-free coating from Venjakob not only have their focus on spray coating, but also on flow coating: impregnation of window components.
The VEN FLOW COAT coating machine is specifically designed for all-round coating of window frames, mouldings and profiles with water-based products. This again is a throughfeed coating line that can be combined with the various drying systems from the Venjakob product range.
The difference with the VEN SPRAY systems lies in the way the coating is applied, which in this case is done by flooding and not by spraying.
