Aktiv Kapital has today signed a contract to acquire a forward flow non-
performing loan portfolio in the United Kingdom with an anticipated face value
of GBP 228 million over the term. The portfolio will consist of circa 43 000
accounts of unsecured, non-performing consumer loans. The debt is originated
from a leading global financial Institution.
