Zurich, April 17, 2012. LetsBuyIt Group AG, parent company of the website
LetsBuyIt.com, and operating a fully automated online price comparison
portal with Social Shopping Services, has developed additional
user-friendly innovations.
LetsBuyIt Group AG reached a product-specific verticalization by means of
comparison functions, optimized for the individual product groups. Thus,
the company was able to replace the regular filter function ordinarily used
for online price comparison tasks and thereby setting themselves apart from
their competitors.
Within the product search on LetsBuyIt Group AG's website one can make
distinctions between the product groups but also within the listing of the
details applicable to the products by means of comprehensive and detailed
information queries. Consequently, the displayed page for the selection of
technical devices will appear completely different than the page for the
selection of fashion goods. Such product-specific verticalization also
takes place within the corresponding product group.
'When performing a target-oriented search for a technical device, different
search criterions are queried than when searching for textiles. The same
applies to a lower product level. Thus, a distinction will be already made
within the product group in order to accomplish a clear differentiation. If
an online shopper searches for a television, he may use specific technical
filters, such as screen size, HD compatibility or format for a comparison,'

In addition to the accurate filter function, LetsBuyIt also introduced the
interactive presentation of the search results and consequently offers
another additional value within their online price comparison portal.
'The user may combine his selected product images when searching and
shopping for various goods and sees how they go together style-wise. We
were not only able to significantly improve the structure of our product
data base with our very useful innovations, but we also offer to our users
a maximum of purposeful structured information on an optically attractive
