Transmode announces new Board member to support further global expansion

Stockholm, Sweden - 17(th) April 2012 - Transmode, a global supplier of packet-
optical networking solutions, today announced the appointment of Kevin Taylor as
a new independent non-executive director on the Transmode Board.
Kevin Taylor, currently President, Asia Pacific, of BT Global services and
Chairman of the Hong Kong British Chamber of Commerce, joins the Transmode Board
of Directors. Mr Taylor has been working in the Asia Pacific region for more
than 18 years. In addition to his knowledge of Asia, he brings a wealth of
experience working for Tier 1 service providers.

professional as Kevin Taylor to join the Board of Directors at Transmode" said
Kent Sander Chairman of the Board. "Mr. Taylor is a very well connected and
highly influential businessman in Asia and will be able to contribute a great

Before joining BT, in Dec 2003, Mr Taylor served in General Management positions
with Descartes Systems, James Martin & Co (now part of Genpact) and Data
Sciences Corp. (now part of IBM).

Simon Cornwell (Amadeus Capital Partners) and Alex Rogers (HarbourVest Partners)
are standing down.
