Schöneck, 4/17/2012 - GK SOFTWARE AG is publishing its final figures for
fiscal 2011 today. Sales during this record year rose by approx. 15% to EUR
31.8 million (EUR 27.7 million in the previous year). This represents an
EBIT margin on sales of 21.0% (23.2% in the previous year). The annual net
income amounted to EUR 4.56 million. This represents earnings per share of
EUR 2.55. Based on these results, Management Board and Supervisory Board
will suggest to the main shareholders' meeting that a dividend will be paid
of EUR 0.50.
Following the approval of the annual accounts by the Supervisory Board
yesterday, GK SOFTWARE AG will publish its full figures for 2011 in the
form of its annual report on 18 April 2012.

in approx. 26,500 stores in Germany and abroad. The company has grown
rapidly during the past few years and its sales revenues totaled EUR 31.8
million in 2011. GK SOFTWARE AG achieved EBIT of EUR 6.65 million (EBIT
margin of 21.0% on sales). The two founders Rainer Gläß(CEO) und Stephan
Kronmüller (deputy board member), in conjunction with an experienced
management team, have made GK SOFTWARE AG a profitable company with strong
growth since 1990.
