Vizrt Signs USD 1.7 Million MAM and Broadcast Graphics Deal with Thai Rath Group's First TV Station

Vizrt Ltd. announced today that the Company has signed a deal worth in excess of
USD 1.7 million for the implementation of a Media Asset Management (MAM) system
and broadcast graphics products with Thai Rath of Thailand. This deal is for the
launch of the Thai Rath media group's first ever TV station, called Trend VG3.
The deal includes an enterprise version of the Viz Media Engine, Vizrt's
complete end-to-end solution for the creation, management and delivery of media
assets. Vizrt will also deliver a complete suite of broadcast graphic products.
The combined systems will provide Thai Rath and its subsidiary Trend VG3 with a
solution for the production, management and multi-platform delivery all of their
media content.
Thai Rath, is a Thai-language daily newspaper published in Bangkok and
distributed throughout Thailand, with a distribution of more than 1 million
copies per day. Founded in 1962, Thai Rath is the oldest and best selling
newspaper in Thailand.
Thai Rath CEO, Mrs. Yinglak Vacharaphol established the subsidiary company Trend
VG3 as the management company for the television business. This new division of
Thai Rath will be run by CEO Mr. Vachara Vacharaphol.
