4 May, Lysaker, Norway: Pronova BioPharma ASA will publish the group's first
quarter 2012 results on Friday 11 May 2012.

Morten Jurs, CEO, and Synne H. Røine, CFO, will give a presentation of the
results at Hotel Continental, Stortingsgaten 24/26, Oslo at 08:30 AM CET.

Breakfast will be served from 08:00 AM CET. Participants are asked to register
at www.pronova.com.

The presentation will also be web-cast live (video) over the Internet and can be
accessed from www.pronova.com where questions can be submitted live during the
presentation.
