The Annual General Meeting of Navamedic ASA was held on 4 May 2012 at 10 a.m. in
Oslo.

Kjell Erik Nordby, CEO of Weifa AS was elected as a new board member. Weifa is
the company's second largest shareholder.

All other proposals according to the notice of meeting were adopted.

Minutes of the Annual General Meeting is attached (in Norwegian only).
