Cermaq ASA : Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of Cermaq ASA was held on the 9(th) of May 2012.
The General Meeting approved to distribute a dividend of NOK 4.63 per share for
the fiscal year 2011. The dividend will be treated as the repayment of paid-in
capital. The dividend will be paid on 22(nd) May 2012 to the company's
shareholders as per 9(th) May 2012, and the share will be listed exclusive of
dividend from 10(th) May 2012 onwards.
The General Meeting granted the Board of Directors proxy to acquire own shares
up to a total nominal value of NOK 46,250,000, however, in such a way, that the
company's total holding of own shares must not at any time exceed 5 per cent of
the outstanding shares in the company.
Chair of the Board Mr Bård Mikkelsen was re-elected to the Board of Directors
for a period of two years.
