Geneva, 10 May 2012. Jean-Yves Bonvin, an attorney-at-law and a partner in a
legal practice, was elected to the Skyguide Board of Directors by the company's
2012 Annual General Meeting yesterday. Bonvin succeeds Pierre Moreillon, who is
also an attorney. The AGM confirmed the further Board members in their posts
along with the Chairman of the Board, and approved the company's 2011 annual
report and accounts.
Jean-Yves Bonvin succeeds Pierre Moreillon on the Skyguide Board of Directors.
The latter is standing down after 12 years of Board service. Like his
predecessor, Jean-Yves Bonvin is an attorney-at-law and a partner in a legal
practice. He can additionally draw on several years of experience in the
financial sector and from further posts which he has previously held in the
publishing and aviation fields. He also holds a pilot's licence, which he was
awarded in 1978.
"We are very pleased to welcome Jean-Yves Bonvin to our ranks," says Guy
Emmenegger, Chairman of the Board. "We also offer Pierre Moreillon our deepest
thanks for his many years of work and commitment. We are losing an invaluable
Board member. But I am delighted that, in Jean-Yves Bonvin, we have secured the
services of a skilled and experienced professional who is not only excellently
connected but is also a keen pilot and is well familiar with the aviation
sector."
