PAYMENT OF OKMETIC OYJ BOARD MEMBERS' REMUNERATION IN THE FORM OF SHARES HELD BY THE COMPANY

PAYMENT OF OKMETIC OYJ BOARD MEMBERS' REMUNERATION IN THE FORM OF SHARES HELD BY
THE COMPANY
In line with the decisions of the annual general meeting, Okmetic Oyj has today
transferred 13,597 shares to the board members as payment of the annual
remuneration.
Okmetic's annual general meeting on 12 April 2012 decided that the annual
remuneration of the company's board members will be paid in the form of company
shares and in cash for the part of taxes. It was decided that the payment of the
annual remuneration will be made as a one-time payment so that the number of
remuneration shares shall be determined according to the closing quotation of
the company's share on 9 May 2012.
It was decided that the following annual remuneration shall be paid to the
members of the board of directors: 40,000 euro to the chairman, 30,000 euro to
the vice chairman, and 20,000 euro to the other members of the board of
directors. In addition, it was decided that the board members will be paid
meeting remuneration, amount of which is 750 euro/meeting for the chairman and
500 euro/meeting for the other board members.
After the transfer of shares the company holds a total of 227,946 own shares.
