(Oslo, 11. May 2012) EVRY ASA operates a Long Term Incentive Program for key
employees. As part of this program, the following employees have purchased
shares in the company.
CEO Terje Mjøs has purchased 1.393 shares, and following this transaction owns
261.393 shares.
Morten Frogner has purchased 8.358 shares, and following this transaction owns
40.733 shares.
Nina Mortensen has purchased 6.292 shares, and following this transaction owns
13.790 shares.
Helge Lillefjære has purchased 6.269 shares, and following this transaction owns
6.269 shares.
Carina Carlin has purchased 6.074 shares, and following this transaction owns
11.829 shares.
All the purchases were carried out at a price of NOK 11,96 per share
