Frankfurt am Main / Heidelberg, 11. Mai 2012 - According to preliminary
figures, IFM Immobilien AG achieved a consolidated profit after taxes of
EUR 1.8 million in the first quarter of 2012 and thus was at the same level
as previous year (EUR 1.8 million). The operating profit (EBT) increased to
EUR 2.8 million compared to the first quarter of 2011 (prior-year-level:
EUR 2.2 million).
The equity quota of the company currently stands at 32.7 % (31 December
2011: 32.5%). The loan to value ratio (LTV), based on the portfolio of
properties held by IFM, was 62 % on March 31, 2012 (31 December 2011:61%).
The final results for IFM Immobilien AG's first quarter of 2012 will be
published as scheduled on Tuesday, May 22, 2012.
