IFM Immobilien AG: New supervisory board chairman elected

Frankfurt am Main / Heidelberg, 14. May 2012 - Morten Bergesen has been
elected as the new chairman of the supervisory board of IFM Immobilien AG.
The Chief Executive Officer of Havfonn AS from Oslo, Norway, presently is
the deputy chairman of the supervisory board and will take over from
current chairman Gordon Rapp, who has held this position since June 2011.
Rapp will be assuming the office of deputy chairman of the supervisory
board and will continue to serve IFM in this capacity. On May 10th the
supervisory board further resolved to recommend to the annual general
meeting, scheduled for May 15, 2012, to elect Kåre M. Krane to the
supervisory board of the company instead of the current supervisory board
member Eberhard Hascher, who is not available for reelection.
