TAG Immobilien AG expands its Management Board at operational level by

Hamburg, 16. May 2012 - TAG Immobilien AG ('TAG' in the following) has
appointed Claudia Hoyer to the company's Management Board as Chief
Operating Officer (COO). Ms. Hoyer has sat on the Management Board of DKB
Immobilien AG ('DKBI' in the following) since July 2010, and from 01 July
2012 will additionally exercise this same role for TAG at Group level.
Claudia Hoyer is a business graduate and has spent over 10 years in
successive positions at Deutsche Kreditbank AG, with a focus on real
estate. As CEO of the DKB subsidiary DKB Finance GmbH and COO of DKBI, she
has excellent operational experience that she can profitably bring to the
TAG Group.
'With increasing size, not only are the demands of our operative business
growing, but also the opportunities for creating value. Therefore, I am
delighted that we have gained Ms. Hoyer to strengthen our management team.
She has many years of experience in the housing industry and will be an
excellent addition to our team,' said Rolf Elgeti, Chairman of the TAG
Management Board.
