('Cytos') announced today that its Board of Directors, consisting of Joseph
Anderson, John Berriman, Paul Brooke, Thomas Hecht, Arthur Krieg, Jakob
Schlapbach and Kurt von Emster constituted itself as follows:

- John Berriman, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of
the Compensation Committee
