Ruric's annual report for 2011 is now made public on the web site www.ruric.com.
The quarterly report is postponed until 28 May.

Ruric's annual report for 2011 is made public as of today on the website
www.ruric.com. Upon request, shareholders will receive a printed version.

The release of the quarterly report for the period January - March 2012 will be
postponed until the 28 May as a result of the reorganization of the finance
department to St Petersburg.

The date for releasing the quarterly report for the period January - June
remains the 28 August as previously announced.
