Changes to the Management of TEAMPratteln, May 23, 2012
Following the successful delivery of the recent UEFA Champions League Final
and the UEFA Europa League Final, TEAM Marketing, a subsidiary of Highlight
Communications AG, will continue to work on concluding the effective
transition of Event operations to UEFA Events SA.
In order to best serve the future requirements of UEFA, under the existing
mandate for the marketing of the commercial rights for the UEFA Champions
League, the UEFA Europa League and the UEFA Super Cup, initially for the
seasons 2012/13, 2013/14 and 2014/15, TEAM has made changes to its
management team. Simon Thomas , David Tyler and Patrick Murphy are leaving
the company, and the overall responsibility for the operating management of
the company will with immediate effect be shared between the senior
management group of Martin Wagner (Delegate of the board of directors),
Jamie Graham, Thomas Schmidt, Simon Crouch and Jan Werner. Furthermore,
there has been a revision to the internal structure of the business with
the result that Alex Wright becomes Director of Television and Kerstin Lutz
Director of Marketing.
