contributions with subscription rights for shareholders

Berlin - 23th May 2012. Heliocentris Energy Solutions AG, a specialist in
autonomous energy supply and energy efficiency solutions, intends to
execute a capital increase for cash contributions by issuing up to 873,819
new shares out of the authorized capital. The shareholders of the company
will be granted subscription rights.
Close Brothers Seydler Bank AG, Frankfurt / Main, was permitted to
subscribe to the new shares with the obligation to offer these shares to
shareholders for subscription at the ratio of 25:4 during a subscription
period starting on 25th May 2012 and ending 11th June 2012. The
subscription price for the new shares will be determined by a book building
process and will be published at least three days prior to the ending of
the subscription period in the German Federal Gazette and on the website of

With the capital raised the company plans to further drive the expansion of
the business especially the scaling and further developing of our
industrial solutions.

hybridisation of energy generators such as, solar and wind or even diesel
generators with energy storage such as batteries and the own hydrogen fuel
cell based storage solutions based on our scalable energy management
solutions. Heliocentris has already successfully demonstrated its expertise
in this area in numerous projects with renowned partners across the world.

learning and research systems for fuel cell and solar hydrogen technology
