Camposol SA, a subsidiary of Camposol Holding Plc has today purchased 1,753,000
shares of Camposol Holding Plc at a price of NOK 22.25 per share.
After this transaction Camposol Holding Plc and its subsidiaries holds
2,840,372 shares of Camposol Holding Plc, equivalent to 9.52% of the total
number of issued shares.
Camposol Holding Plc is considering launching a new share buyback offer to all
its shareholders, which will be limited in number so that the aggregate total
holding of treasury shares is maximum up to 10% of the total number of issued
shares. The details of any such share buyback offer will be announced in due
course.
