Songa Offshore SE (Oslo Børs: SONG) is contemplating the issuance of a 3 year
senior unsecured bond issue of up to NOK 750 million.
Pareto Securities, SEB and Swedbank First Securities are acting as Joint Lead
Managers for the bond issue.
