Correction: RHJ International Confirms Kleinwort Benson's First Credit Rating as a Stand Alone Entity

Please note that RHJI's press release published this morning on Kleinwort
Benson's first rating as a stand alone entity, indicated in its introductory
paragraph a credit rating from Moody's of Baa2/Prime-2 long and short-term bank
deposit ratings and a bank financial strength rating of C. The bank financial
strength rating should be corrected to C- as reflected in the rest of the
release.
Brussels, April 19, 2010 - RHJ International ("RHJI") confirms Kleinwort
Benson's first credit rating from Moody's of Baa2/Prime-2 long and short-term
bank deposit ratings and a bank financial strength rating of C-, as a stand
alone entity.
As announced on October 15, 2009, RHJI will acquire Kleinwort Benson Private
Bank Limited and Kleinwort Benson Channel Islands Holdings Limited (together
'Kleinwort Benson') from Commerzbank AG. This transaction represents the
cornerstone of RHJI's transformation into an active and dynamic financial
services group.
The acquisition is still subject to regulatory clearances and is expected to
close before the end of July.
