Northern Logistic Property ASA - new rental agreement and strategic alliance in Växjö

(Oslo, 28 Mai 2010 - Northern Logistic Property ASA)
Northern Logistic Property ASA ("NLP") has signed a six year rental contract and
a cooperation agreement with Scandinavian Supply Chain (SSC) for its property
Fröträdet 1 in Växjö.
The rental contract starts in 2013 and is for approximately 18 000 square
meters.
SSC and NLP have also entered into a cooperation agreement where the parties
will work together to secure new tenants in the property. This agreement starts
immediately.
Fröträdet 1 is a modern logistic property of approximately 68 000 square meters
in Växjö. The property consists of both cooled and frozen storage capacity in
addition to warm storage and is of high quality. ICA rents the entire property
until September 2013 and is currently sub-letting it to SSC.
Per Gunnar Rymer, CEO of NLP, says: "The agreements reflect a shared ambition of
both SSC and NLP to work together to attract new tenants to the facility. SSC
demonstrates their long term commitment to the facility by entering into a six
year contract starting in 2013 and ending in 2019. We see the contracts as an
important first step towards renting out the facility at the end of the current
contract and look forward to working closely with SSC."
