Solberg & Andersen and ABB has been awarded a Goliat FPSO contract

Solberg & Andersen AS, a subsidiary of Bjørge and ABB has today been awarded the
Actuated Valve package within the EICT contract for the Goliat FPSO.  The order
value will be determined upon finalized engineering and is expected to exceed
50 Million NOK.

ABB and Solberg & Andersen have formed a cooperation executing the EICT
contract. Execution will start immediately with final deliveries last half
2011.
