Worldlink Group: Euro 5 Million Funding Line Agreed
Worldlink, on e of the fastest growing providers of real-time data products, today announces that it has agreed a Euro €5m Special Private Placement Agreement (SPAA) with Cayman based Equity Partners Fund SPC. The transaction was introduced by Swiss based Bridge2Capital AG and arranged by Singapore based FMS Group (www.fmspte.com) led by hedge fund pioneer Alvin Donovan.
The details of the SPPA remain confidential.
Neil Riches, Managing Director, Worldlink commented: “We are delighted to have agreed this funding line as it secures our working capital requirements and provides us with the investment we require to drive forward our acquisition activity. We look forward to working with the FMS Group.”
