Mercatura in Aalen(firmenpresse) - HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung has signed a lease agreement with the Görgens Group for a good 1,300 square meters of retail space: One of Germany’s biggest multi-label retailers will be opening a KULT store in the Aalen urban development, mercatura. This means that around 9,100 square meters—or almost 81 percent of the commercial space—has now been let to convenience and luxury outlets.
Mercatura in Aalen is a downtown development with an above-ground gross floor area of almost 27,000 square meters, and 440 parking slots in the underground garage. The property will comprise around 11,500 square meters of commercial, service and office space, as well as duplex apartments with gardens. From the end of 2011, the KULT outlet will be one of the anchor tenants at the mall, alongside C&A and New Yorker. “We are very happy to be opening a new store in the south of the country and we’re certain that the people in Aalen and the surrounding areas will like our range,” said Berthold Görgens, Managing Director of the family-owned Görgens Group.
