DAILY RFID has released mini UHF metal mount RFID tags which can be customized across all UHF RFID frequency bands from 860MHz to 960MHz. With its unique construction design, the UHF RFID tag can operate normally when mounted on metal surfaces or around metallic environment.
(firmenpresse) - DAILY RFID has released mini UHF metal mount RFID tags which can be customized across all UHF RFID frequency bands from 860MHz to 960MHz. With its unique construction design, the UHF RFID tag can operate normally when mounted on metal surfaces or around metallic environment.
With its unique design, the UHF RFID tag for metal can still be read or written from 3 meters away in metallic tracking conditions. And with micro chips sealed in durable plastic material, this metal mount UHF tag performs well even when subjected to harsh environment, such as under high temperature, physical stress, weak acid and water.
This UHF metal tag complies with ISO 18000-6B or ISO 18000-6C (EPC Gen2) standard. And the UHF On-metal tag is able to deliver a minimum read range of 1 meter and maximum read range of up to 3 meters basing on DAILY RFID Readers. Besides, with two small holes and 3M glue adhesive on back side, it can be easily attached to metal surface.
As the advantages mentioned above, the metal mount RFID tags are also suitable for the following applications such as IT asset tracking, asset tracking, container asset tracking, number plate tracking and washing car processes.
