Knorr-Bremse Commercial Vehicle Systems voted "Best Brand" for the sixth time in succession
(PresseBox) - Once a year, publishers ETM and the DEKRA technical inspectorate ask the readers of commercial vehicle trade magazines trans aktuell, lastauto omnibus and FERNFAHRER to name the best commercial vehicles and the industry's best brands. For the sixth time running, in the voting for the best brands of 2011, Knorr-Bremse came out top in the "brakes" category.
As in previous years, more than 8,000 readers sent in their votes. At the official awards ceremony on May 31 in Stuttgart, Knorr-Bremse again picked up the prize in the "Brakes" category. Watched by over 300 representatives of all sectors of the commercial vehicle industry, Klaus Deller, Knorr-Bremse AG board member responsible for Commercial Vehicle Systems stepped up to receive the award. "Winning this award is particularly gratifying because we've been chosen by experts in the field who deal with vehicles, products and services in their day-to-day work and really know what they are talking about. Once again, this year we'd like to thank all those who voted for us - both for the award and above all for the trust they place in us," said Deller.
Within the industry these awards are considered a proven seal of quality and stand for the high safety and reliability of the products concerned. They also represent a key indicator of the acceptance and image of the brand. "Being named best brand for so many years in succession makes us proud as a company.
