London, UK, 25.07.2011 -- Topmac Holdings PLC t/a AURUMEX (trading on The Frankfurt Exchange WKN: A1CX2W Symbol: LP7) today announces has started to process the crushed ore from ore dumps at the Rochester mill site in Montana.
Topmac Holdings PLC through its wholly owned subsidiary, Snow Mountain Holdings Inc. in Montana, began processing coarse ore from the ore dumps around the Rochester Mill, which have been assayed at 0.145 to 0.3 oz/T, averaging 0.2 oz./T. It is also expected that silver will be recovered as well (approximately 2.5 oz./T.).
The initial processing of 44 T. of ore was completed at another mill in the area yielding approximately 0.1 oz/T. of unscreened material, while work was being completed at the Rochester site. The Company has refurbished and enhanced the milling process at the Rochester Mill to substantially enhance the yield on gold Reichert spirals and new concentrating tables. This new production line is now operational and will be processing up to 8 T. of ore per hour
During the next ten months of production, the mill will process 12,000 T. of the screened ore from the ore dumps around the Rochester mill with an expected production of 2,400 oz. of gold and 30,000 oz. of silver. At prevailing market prices at the time of the release, this translates into $4.3 million in revenue.
