Stuttgart, Germany, August 26, 2010 - Digital Identification Solutions AG
(DISO), a leading international ID solutions provider, reports the results
of the Annual General Meeting held on August 24, 2010.
At the Annual General Meeting of Digital Identification Solution AG, which
was held on August 24, 2010, Dr. Hans-Joerg Rotberg and Ralf Paul were
elected individually as new members of the Company's Supervisory Board. Uwe
Steinbacher was confirmed in office.
The term of office of Dr. Rotberg, who had become a member by judicial
appointment, expired upon the end of the Annual General Meeting 2010. In
addition, a new Supervisory Board member had to be elected for former
member Markus Zuebert, who had retired in July 2010.
Gerd Schaefer, Chief Executive Officer of DISO AG, commented: 'I am pleased
to announce that our Supervisory Board has regained its operational
capability and that we now can focus fully on our core themes, i. e. on
DISO Group's year-end business and future business development. We need to
devote all of our energy to the remaining four months of the year which are
so important for us. As reported at the Annual General Meeting, our order
backlog amounted to EUR 4 million as of July 31, 2010. Together with sales
invoiced to that date, firm orders are above any other levels achieved at
such an early stage in the year in company history.'
Further resolutions made by the Annual General Meeting: The Annual General
Meeting also formally approved of the actions of the Management Board
members and of all Supervisory Board members. Furthermore, the Annual
General Meeting appointed BDO AG Wirtschaftspruefungsgesellschaft,
Leonberg, Germany, as auditor of the Company's single-entity financial
statements and the Group's consolidated financial statements for the fiscal
year 2010 and resolved to increase the remuneration of the Supervisory
Board by way of a corresponding amendment of the Articles of Association.
The Company's shareholders also consented to the changes required by the EU
Directive on shareholders' rights. In addition, the Company was authorized
to acquire or use treasury shares. The Annual General Meeting further
resolved to create Authorized Capital 2010.

Share capital: 2,143,050 voting rights
Represented share capital: 1,521,509 voting rights
Percentage of share capital: 70.997%
