ACQUISITION WITH GLOBAL DYNAMIX SOLUTIONS

today announced the initial trading of Global Dynamix Solutions GB PLC on
the Frankfurt Stock Exchange at the price of EUR 1.25. CLGL, which offers

lighting products globally, recently completed a reverse merger with
UK-based Global Dynamix Solutions, whereby CLGL became a wholly owned U.S.
subsidiary.
