Hamburg, 10 December 2010 - Sales for the 2010 Christmas season have got
off to a good start for TOM TAILOR Holding AG. In November 2010 the company
posted like-for-like growth in the Retail segment of 15.0%, not including
the very dynamically growing e-shop, and 20.6% with the e-shop taken into
account. According to information provided by the TextilWirtschaft, the
textile sector in Germany grew by an average of 5% in November (Source: TW
Testclub 49/2010). TOM TAILOR has thus clearly surpassed the average market
growth yet again.
TOM TAILOR owned 154 of its own retail stores as at the end of November
2010 compared to 87 stores as at the end of 2009.
