Fitzgerald, GSX Senior VP for Customer Delivery and Product Management, worked in the Global Notes environment for over 15 years and then focused on Service Delivery, managing Notes services, infrastructures and functionalities according to Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Standards. She is also a co-organizer for several Lotus User Group conferences (such as and ) and a regular speaker at IBM Lotusphere.
