Between May 4, 2010 and July 26, 2010 a total of 2 000 shares have been
subscribed for with the 2003C stock options (FI0009649412). As a result of the
share subscriptions the share capital of Outokumpu Oyj has increased by EUR
3 400.00.
The increase in share capital has been entered into the Finnish trade register
on August 3, 2010 and the subscribed shares will be listed on the NASDAQ OMX
Helsinki Ltd and trading will commence along with the old shares as of August
4, 2010.

The next filing of increase in share capital into the trade register will take
