In this newly created role, Doell will lead a worldwide team of experts focused on client services, including customer care, account management, implementation services, and channel partner enablement.

Doell brings over 20 years of leadership experience in both on-premise and SaaS-based software companies where he managed worldwide service teams successfully building and implementing high customer loyalty and retention programs. Prior to Zenprise, Mr. Doell held leadership positions at Intuit, Macromedia, NetGravity/Doubleclick, Workshare and Yieldex. He also was Founder and CEO of sportsTALK.com, an online sports content publisher that was acquired by ESPN. Mr. Doell holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University.
