Admission of Shares to Trading


API Group plc ("API" or the "Company") announces that, further to the
announcement of 30 September 2010 and pursuant to the issue of 3,000,000 shares
in the Company to the API Group plc No 2 Employee Benefit Trust, application has
been made for admission of these share to trading on AIM, with admission
expected to take place on 11 October 2010.
