Tele2 Netherlands completes the acquisition of BBned

Stockholm - Tele2 AB, (Tele2), (NASDAQ OMX Stockholm: TEL2 A and TEL2 B) today
announced that Tele2 Netherlands, after approval by the Dutch Antitrust
Authority, has completed the acquisition of BBned from Telecom Italia.
