to section 21 (1)WpHG that its percentage of voting rights in our company fell
below the threshold of 5% on 14 October 2010 and amounts to 4.93% (7,361,963
voting rights) as per this date.
Of these voting rights, 2.11% (3,155,590 voting rights) are to be attributed to
it pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.
Also of these voting rights, 2.81% (4,206,373 voting rights) are to be
attributed to it pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 and sentence 2 WpHG
over the Baillie Gifford Overseas Limited.
2.) Baillie Gifford Overseas Limited, Edinburgh, United Kingdom, has notified
us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that its percentage of voting rights in our
company fell below the threshold of 3% on 14 October 2010 and amounts to 2.81%
(4,206,373 voting rights) as per this date.
Of these voting rights, 2.81% (4,206,373 voting rights) are to be attributed to
it pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.
