Euro Asia Premier Real Estate Company Limited (ISIN: VGG3223A1057) today
announced the Company is changing its financial year end from September 30(th)
to December 31(st) to better synchronize its financial reporting and business
planning with its natural business cycle and for the year end to coincide with
that of its operating subsidiaries in the People's Republic of China. As a
result, Euro Asia's full year report on 2010 will consist of a 15 months period.
The financial results for the fiscal year 2009/2010 are supposed to be released
in the second half of February 2011.

Shandong area of the People's Republic of China. The Company operates locally
through its subsidiaries, jointly owned with SNI, a leading local development
company. Generating leasing revenues from a number of commercial properties, the
