The shareholders in PA Resources AB (publ) held an Extraordinary General Meeting
on Tuesday 23 November 2010 in Stockholm, Sweden.

The meeting decided unanimously as proposed by the Board of Directors to apply
for delisting of the Company's shares and convertible bonds from the Oslo Stock
Exchange.
