MorphoSys AG (FSE: MOR; Prime Standard Segment, TecDAX) today increased its
financial guidance for 2010 mainly as a result of the achievement of revenues
from additional commercial activities, resulting from the acquisition of Sloning
BioTechnology GmbH in October 2010. MorphoSys now expects full-year revenues
between EUR 91 million and EUR 94 million (from previously EUR 89 million to EUR
90 million). Correspondingly, the operating profit guidance is also increased,
and expected to range between EUR 13 million and EUR 16 million (from previously
EUR 7 million to EUR 9 million).
