Incap continues negotiations concerning outsourcing of its Helsinki plant's sheet-metal business to Lankapaja

INCAP CONTINUES NEGOTIATIONS CONCERNING OUTSOURCING OF ITS HELSINKI PLANT'S
SHEET-METAL BUSINESS TO LANKAPAJA

Incap Corporation and Lankapaja Corporation continue negotiations regarding the
sale of the sheet-metal business of Incap's Helsinki plant to Lankapaja. After
the definition of contract details the target is to sign the actual agreement in
February so that the sheet-metal production at the plant could be transferred to
Lankapaja on 1 March 2011.

Incap published a release on the launch and background of negotiations on 17
September 2010.
